Multi-Party Video Call with/without Skype? - skype multi-party video

Okay, so I need to make a video call, 3-way. I would love if I could do Skype, since the three of us already, but if we need another program, or instead of Skype, the well, the only catch is to use one of the three of us is cheap ... must be free.

Ideas?
