I think the purchase over Penn Foster TV / VCR Repair Course (http://www.pennfoster.edu/tvtech/Program ...) and I asked why VCR these days? Why not upgrade to DVD? Said there was no difference in camcorders and DVD players, except the body of the tape and the laser. Is that true? I want to learn things, not to repair the present year.
